Even though it was a long weekend we only had one show but Niya came away with points so definitely worth it, which now puts her over half way!!

The way it should be! :)

Much better than being a showdog (according to Niya)!!!

Weather and sickness has kept us away from the shows the last few weekends but at our one outing last weekend, 18th May, Derby showed beautifully with a Best of Breed under Mr G Forsyth (NSW). We did take the opportunity this week, while the weather was lovely, to visit Monarto Zoo with Aidan and my parents. It was wonderful and getting this close to the Giraffe was amazing!! The dogs stayed home and relaxed.

A busy couple of weeks and some lovely show results for Derby:

Happy Birthday to all my Beautiful Babies!!

A busy week for birthdays, Aidan turned one in style sharing a Cowboy Party with his cousin Dylan, who turned 10, on Saturday 29th. And Derby "Ch Innisman All Said N Done", Reilly "Innisman Destiny Fulfiled" and Flynn "Innsiman Never Say Never" all turned three on Thrursday 3rd.

It was all about keeping cool for us this long weekend!! So we stayed home and enjoyed the water and airconditioner, I don't know who enjoyed the water more!

Another double and not much luck I'm afraid! With both girls out of coat Derby was my only show dog, which was a bit weird, he showed very nicely and behaved well considering there are girls in season at home!! It's great to see more border collies getting out in the ring and meeting some new people looking to start their showing careers. We had fun and Aidan enjoyed digging up the showground (he's such a boy)!!

Our first show back for the year was a bit of a trek, a 2 day International at Oakbank, in the hills. Not much luck for us this time but it was great to see everyone and catch up for the new year.
