The home of Innisman Border Collies
Innisman Border Collies began with the long search for a foundation bitch to start my kennel. My journey was successful in 2002 when Melissa and Brett Farrell, of Benshiva Border Collies, put their trust in me and sent me Rori, "Ch Benshiva The Oracle". With this little package of attitude came some of my favourite Australian lines.
A big year awaited us in 2005 with Alan and I getting married and Rori having the first Innisman litter. This litter to "Gr Ch Danbeth Fullstop" produced our Derby, "BIS BISS Gr Ch Innisman All Said N Done" and the true start to our kennel!
Showing is our main dog activity, at the moment, but we do dabble in Herding, Agility, and Obedience. My start with border collies was in obedience and agility with Kyna AD JD ET HT, my first border collie, so my love for the performance sports still runs deep.
All our breeding dogs are DNA tested for CL, CEA and TNS, or are clear by parentage, and have been hip and elbow scored. Since we are a small kennel we only breed litters occasionally, so a lot of time is put into the dogs we choose to breed from.
Alan and I live at the beautiful seaside suburb of Semaphore in South Australia with our two gorgeous children Aidan and Ashlynn, and of course our dogs! All our dogs are part of the family and join in our activities.
